Mental Health Intern
Megan is a senior at St. John Fisher University, where she is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Public Health with minors in Management and Psychology. Over the last four years, she has been integrated into the public health world and the community. She is excited to collaborate with WellVentions to create meaningful programs and aid in the grant writing process.
Elizabeth M. Hollebrandt
Grants & Evaluation Manager
Elizabeth joins Prosper Rochester with an extensive background in public health and healthcare services. She plays a key role in writing and managing grants to support Prosper Rochester’s vast array of initiatives, focusing on community wellness programs and health education. Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to health equity, she brings a compassionate, evidence-based perspective to enhancing community health and driving impactful, sustainable change.
Johnnie Mathis
Youth Leadership Specialist
Mr. Mathis is an accomplished youth mentor, educator, and coach with more than 17 years of professional experience empowering youth to realize their full potential. As the Youth Leadership Specialist, Mr. Mathis leads ProsperRochester’s social-emotional learning programming and youth entrepreneurship training program.
Paul Tracey
Media Production
Paul is the new Digital Media and Communication and HR Pathways team leader. His previous experience includes running his own video production business, Envision Productions, for over 30 years, Westwood Studios, a film studio for 3 years, teaching various digital media classes at Monroe Community College, and mentoring youth through his own business. Paul also holds a certificate as a Meta Marketing Pro, which allows him to optimize advertising on social media.
Justin Callaghan
Digital Experience
Working across disciplines, Justin draws from his experience in design, marketing, entrepreneurship, and user experience to solve problems for organizations of all sizes. Justin is passionate about empowering others to create the changes they want to see in their community, especially young people—the future of those communities.
When not working as a senior service design consultant, Justin consults with smaller businesses and entrepreneurs to make their products and services more user-friendly.
